Big O during a recent state inspection brought to my attention that five lug nuts on my 2020 Ford Edge, were worn out. They reccommended replacing the five to eliminate difficulty in the event we had to change a tire on the road. This was done quickly and very reasonably priced. Likewise the crewrecently repaired a leaking fuel line on my 52 MGTD which is actually a Fiberfab kit car on a 69 VW Beetle chassis. I have a always been pleased with all more routine services such as brakes and tires as well.

Desperately needed air in my tires in a pinch and they handled it in 10 minutes! These guys rock!!

Today was my first visit to Big O Tires and I needed several things done before I had to be somewhere at 10 AM. The cost of everything I needed done was explained to me beforehand and all was accomplished in plenty of time. They were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I'll definitely go back there for car care.

I am a huge fan of James and the staff at this location. Everyone answered all of my questions, they were extremely kind and friendly, and they helped walk me through how and where to get fixes to pass my next inspection. I appreciated their help and guidance and overall enjoyed the atmosphere and fun conversation that made time fly by. I will definitely be coming back for my future inspections!

Staff was friendly did a great job on the car. Jason at the front desk was awesome did his best to keep me updated on time while still assisting customers in the lobby overall great experience.
